Initially I underwent a very frightening experience. To have been held down and jabbed without my consent not only invaded my personal space but put great doubt in my mind as to whether I was well or poorly.

To have been listened to.
And to have been given the opportunity to show that I do not need to take medication.

It is fantastic care and I have maximum respect for patients and the brilliant staff. Thank you to the very upmost respect. Very supportive and helped me tidy up and was very kind in buying tea and coffee.
